Well, first thing is that the concepts of OOP aren't specific to PHP, so don't think you have to restrict yourself to coverage of the subject by language. Once you've got the gist of the idea, then you can get a grip on how it's handled in specific languages.
That said, there are about a dozen articles on this site (for implementation specifics, the more recent ones will of course reflect more recent technological developments); and other suggestions are in this thread (which is surely not the only one here).
Of course, technical accuracy notwithstanding, the issue of whether you find them any good or not is a subjective one.
One thing's certainly true: you need to experiment with it for yourself to get a feel for exactly how what goes in relates to what comes out. Doesn't have to be big or complex or useful or something worth keeping around afterwards....
