I Need Help With PHP Error Codes Im Getting

Can someone help me fix these errors that my script keep giving me when i try to fresh install/update i put the whole file codes and the line number where it says the error is located.I have no knowledge of php so any help and quick fixes would be helpful.

I'd like to help, but so much of the supplied code makes little to no sense, such that it's not just a question of fixing a syntax error or two, but figuring out what the actual logic is supposed to be and doing a lot of rewriting.

Perhaps, then, you should go through some basic tutorials and learn a little bit about the language, then, so you'll be able to recognize the difference between PHP code that has errors and a text file full of nonsense.

Huntington's Disease is linked to a genetic fault on Chromosome 4, in a gene called "HTT" that codes for a protein with the same name. No you clearly don't, file install, has 86 errors, you can fix the first one but then you will get another and another and another. And then even if you fix the syntax errors i doubt it will do what you think it will and if it did it would do it poorly.
