If by "locally" you mean on your personal computer, there is one simple trick you could do that would make "greedyisgood.com" (and perhaps "www.greedyisgood.com" ?) resolve to 127.0.0.1 (your local computer).
Depending upon your operating system, you can manually add this host entry into your local DNS configuration. Which operating system are you using (and if Windows, please don't just say "Windows" - there are many different versions of it)?
