Editing CSS

i'm using Dreamweaver for editing and creating style sheets
so, i can create CSS from this option:

but i can't edit one
the option for Edit becomes unaccessable:

[freemegabytes]

i m not sure why u can edit but i can do it easily in Dreamweaver
