Select certain information from a field

Can anyone please help me to create a select to bring 3 lines of data from one field in my database?
This is the information I have in that field:

assuming mysql, and its the first X words you can use SUBSTRING_INDEX

Hi Dagon and thanks for your reply,
The examples that I found using that command do not use database, so if I use it with my database, is this what I should do:
Select substring_index (description, ', ' , 2) from table_name;
If its not, please help me with an example. I'm new on this php world.
