[RESOLVED] PHP Mysql Help

This is really simple but I cant figure it out!

<? $rows['listing_title_1'] = preg_replace('/\s+/','-',$rows['listing_title_1']);
 echo '<a href="http://www.spain-holiday-sun.com/holidays/detail-20', $rows['listing_id'], '-', $rows['listing_title_1'],'.html">[B]['listing_title_1'][/B]</a>'; ?>

I got this code that shows a link but the ALT text dont work. I get a parse error.

Its this bit that is wrong...

['listing_title_1']

Can anyone see the error of my ways please.

Let's look at that with syntax highlighting...

 echo '<a href="http://www.spain-holiday-sun.com/holidays/detail-20', $rows['listing_id'], '-', $rows['listing_title_1'],'.html">['listing_title_1']</a>'; ?>

Your quotes get confused towards the end - shortly after .html".

Incidentally, that's a pretty daft subject title.

Hi Weedpacker

I am trying to make the subject title fed from the database which is the page title.

If i put .html">Open Property Page</a> it works ok but I want the page title as the anchor text from the DB

Make sense?

And between the same [font=monospace]['listing_title_1'][/font] and the [font=monospace]</a>[/font] you're missing some more code: [font=monospace], '[/font].
