Zend Framework Setup (Mac)

Hi.

I have been working a little bit with PHP over the last 2 years or so and I have just decided that I should get to know Zend Framework as it might come in quite valuable.

Can anyone point me to some good reliable tutorials on the setup of Zend and maybe somewhere to get a simple example application up and running.
