I am looking to take embedded video (in a string) and scale all width/height values (width="xxx" & height="xxx") to a certain width proportionally (so I want a 640 x 400 video to go to 480x300 or a 640x480 to go to 480x360).
Additionally, I don't want to upscale videos if they are less than 480 wide either.
I figured there is an easy way to do this but I am a newbie with regex.
