Hi, I want to create a webpage with boxes that can be filled in by visitors. Its for a golf society site and its for knockout competition results. Basically when someone wins a game they go to the page and enter their name in the appropriate box. Eventually once all the games are played all the winners names will be on the page. I hope you understand. I would also want to empty all the boxes at the end of the competition ready for the next on. A modified guestbook.php ? Hope you can help Thanks🙂

well minimally you could just create a form and all people walk over to the same desktop computer and type their name it. I don't think you want that though.

You need to be more specific about this. Like can anyone just enter a name? What happens when someone enters a joke name like 'Mike Hunt' or 'Fidel Widmipenis' ?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Its difficult to explain but basically its a results form and people should be able to fill in their name from home or from their ipod on the golf course. I realise it could be abused but maybe it should have a login with a captcha before you can fill it in. Anyway, thanks
