I would like to set up a simple site and want to ask a preliminary question.
This site is going to be a way for users to access their reports, all of which are pdfs.
Users are required to login, then they select the reports they want to see. They can only view their own reports.
Question: What is the best way to structure the part about different users? Let's say the users are Bill, Sue, and Tom. Would it be best to have separate folders for each of them? Example: /.../Bill/Red_reports/July_2010.pdf.
Or would it be better to have one depository and name the PDF files uniquely? For example, Bill_July_2010_red_report.pdf?
