top php apparently in high demand in UK

I was speaking to a guy who is very well connected in UK IT recruitment

he says there is now a big shortage of top PHP developers.. and a glut of .net developers
( he is referring to top end , very experienced people for commercial work in major corps)

shows how fast the trade moves ..
and how we can't expect to remain in demand by staying still !
