When i upload all me things to a webhost via smartftp when i enter the site this come

when i upload my website to a webhost i get error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /srv/disk1/462483/www/home.fagwow.cz.cc/… on line 13

and this is what it says on line 13: private $db_user = SQLUSER; // Username
how do i fix this?!?! (this is my wow private server website.)

Are you sure that the SQLUSER constant is properly defined?
