How are you trying to run phpinfo()? Did you create a file in the htdocs/www folder (whatever it's called) with a ".php" file extension? Are you positive it's not ".php.txt" (easy to do if you have file extensions hidden in Windows)? If you view the source of the page in your browser, is the response truly empty or do you see something else? Have you checked the Apache and/or PHP error logs?
