Layout issues only appearing locally

Hmmm I'm kind of confused by this, I'm making a charity website for a friend of mine.
When I created it locally everything worked fine(and still does), but when I uploaded it to check again, something went horribly wrong. :p

A couple of tags and classes, things like <h1> don't even appear in the browser screen at all.
I checked the path to the css file and other things, only finding out that it was correct.
I can't seem to find what's going on, so would love to hear what I'm doing wrong here..

The link you gave matched the image you provided. But when I viewed the html I didn't see the <h1> you said was missing either.

Now I did see the <h2> for "Gallerij" but also noticed that your CSS has a lot of style set for <h1>. HTML doesn't just not show up. I am guessing either the <h1> is generated by php and we would need to see that code, or it is generated by the javascript in which case you would need to point us to those lines or better yet just post the lines and any related code for our convenience.
