Hi i'm trying to dowload a file form my server which is header.inc i was able to edit thru the server web editor but now i can because the files too big how can i edit?

I tried right click rename the file to txt, html i tried to open with notepad++ dreaweaver and all i got is this i did edit before from the server but somehow server no longer allow if files exced the size how can i edit
