Accounting Software for Web Developers?

Hi,

Was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions (preferably recommendations) for a good accounting program that is tailored to web developers but will grow.

The problem I am running into, is I want to be able to make one invoice, and then send out bills (such as initial 33%) for the project and not have to create separate invoices for each phase of the project.

Also being able to make change orders and have it organized, like attached to the main project or something.

Google "project billing software". The first result looked fairly promising to me: Bill Quick

I don't know if this necessarily meets your accounting needs, but I wouldn't get too hung up on getting an "all-in-one" program. I'd probably use something like QuickBooks for managing the day to day business end and use the conversion utility (usually included) to import/export billing data.
