Adding Sticky Drop Down Date Selector to Form

Hello All,

I have have been using a a basic skicky php form at my site for a few months. You can view it here. I want to update the form with sticky drop down date selectors to make it more user friendly. I created a test version and uploaded it here. The test version works fine.

The problem is I got a parse error after updating the old form with the new code -- "Parse error: parse error in C:...\registration_dropdown.php on line 575". Line 575 is the last line of the code. You can view the broken page here. Clearly I made a mistake and likely a very simple one, like a missing semi-colon or close bracket. But, I've been looking at the code for days and have not found my error. I need a fresh set of eyes. Can someone help me? I would greatly appreciate it. I am attaching the code as a text file as well for anyone who prefers it that way.

You need to get a better editor. There are lots of syntax errors in the code you posted.

Good advice. I'm just using Dreamweaver. I'll download a php specific editor and see what I can find.

I use crimson editor. Nice and color coded and pretty helpful for spotting mistakes or when functions aren't closed properly or the function is incorrect altogether.

I have to say I love Dreamweaver 5. It is a vast improvement over previous versions. Improvements include: a browser lab, "include" file discovery, code-hinting for functions and classes (even in your included files), CSS properties/starter page, FTP/SSH that actually works, line-by-line error checking, and probably many more nifty features I don't use.

One drawback is a still somewhat narrow support of technologies, but it supports PHP nicely. I also run into a glitch here or there but a restart usually fixes it.
