"if else" question

I know this is going to be a really silly question - so, my apologies right from the start :o.

Here's what I want to do:

if the URL is www.domain.com/page.php?facebookad01

Then, in the html print the following tracking code:

<IMG SRC="/c.cgi?hfls&FBtrack01" width="1" height="1">

and it would continue on with

"elseif" the URL is www.domain.com/page.php?facebookad02

then print

<IMG SRC="/c.cgi?hfls&FBtrack02" width="1" height="1">

etc., etc.

and of course, if nothing - then it's empty.

Can someone please help me with this? Thank you very much in advance 🙂

You could grab the value via $SERVER['QUERY_STRING'] if that's all that will follow the "?" in the URL, or perhaps via shift(array_keys($GET)) ? Then use [man]substr/man or [man]preg_match/man to grab the last 2 characters or trailing digits, respectively, then use them to build the desired URL.
