Create proxy detection script

Hi guys,

Before I am going to create php script to make a proxy detection, I want to ask that if it possible to create a method that checking whether if the proxy server is a located governments or fbi. Is it possible?

If so, what method I would use?

Because I am making for my website so what got to do with you...

What method I could use that if the proxy is the government's or the fbi's??

Yeah, I am sorry for saying this but wanted you to know that I want to check the proxy's server whether they are safe to use and if they are fbi's or government's, because I want to protected my and the client's privacy and some server are dangerous.

There is nothing special about a HTTP request from a proxy server that would tell you that (a) it's a proxy server, and (b) who owns/controls it. You could look for a database of IP addresses that has that info, then check the request's IP address against that DB, but you're still at the mercy of the completeness and accuracy of that DB.
