row wont display image

Hi i am trying to display image using

'CAT_BIO' => (isset($_GET['c'])) ? '<br />' '<img src="images/' . $row['image'] . ' " width="150"  height="200" />' '', 

but i get the error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in
i think a comma or something missing can anyone spot where i am going wrong??

that looks weird, i assume your writing an array, if so you cant through a conditional statement like that in the middle.

i think you want something like:

isset($_GET['c']){
$foo['CAT_BIO']='<br /><img src="images/' . $row['image'] . ' " width="150"  height="200" />';
}
