multiple percentages in an order form

Can someone help me to get this started?

I have a form in which the first field is preset with a price value,

a second, third and fourth field in which the user must be able to input a certain percentage which will be applied as discount to the price of the first field

a field that has to show the discounted price as result of the percentages of discount applied,

a field in which the user insert the desired quantity of the product

finally a field that shows the total for the order

the first two discount percentages cannot exceed 45% and 10% while the third has not limit. All three together cannot exceed 100%

im unclear with what you need the help with, i assume you have the form and its processing the input? you know it will have to be posted to the server for the calculations if you want the fields to change as soon as things are entered you will need to use javascript.
