Insert multiple records into one table from two option fields

Hi,

I have a form with two lists of options and want to add multiple selections from both into a single database table..

Form:

Select one Select Two

OPTION A [] OPTION A []

OPTION B [] OPTION B []
OPTION C [] OPTION C []

So I know how to do this for one using 'foreach' but not for two. Can anyone help me with this? Any help much appreciated! 🙂

what do the 2 arrays look like? what does the db table look like?
