Seeking PHP Developer for Web Project

Requirements:
-Degree in Computer Science or related
-Extensive Knowledge of Linux operating systems (at least 5 years experience)
-Extensive Knowledge of MySQL (at least 5 years experience)
-Extensive Knowledge of PHP (at least 5 years experience)

Applicant will be required to work with a team of developers in creating a web interface that includes pulling data from a MySQL database and conducting complex operations in regards to email, sms, ical, and javascript.

few questions... where are you located?, is this a local or telecommute position?, start wage? would php certification surpass for qualifications?.

We're located in Chicago, IL.

Preferably we're looking for a local developer, but telecommute may be possible depending on qualifications/experience.

The rate would be negotiated based upon qualifications/experience.

At this time we're looking for someone with a degree in computer science or related field, and the client is not flexible on this point.

As for experience what kind of experience are you looking for?.

I myself have ran development teams , Countless Freelance Projects, Few of my Own and Currently Getting ready to launch a very new and ground breaking framework.

The client is willing to go with a degree in any field, if that helps.

What is the expected timeframe for this project?

The current expectation is approximately 120 hours of work with completion scheduled before 2011 if possible.
