Web Services and Curl

Hi

I developed web services using nusoap, working fine there are no issues with web services.

One thing i am not clear why curl is using in nusoap, exactly what is relation between curl and web services, I mean what is the difference between web services and curl.

I have seen Soap request using curl but little confuse.

Please any one can help me about relationship between web services and curl

cUrl is used to perform http(s) requests. As such, you can think of it as any regular web browser, except that it does nothing with the response body. It sends and receives text which for all purposes is just plain text to cUrl. The response headers on the other hand are parsed and interpreted as they should.
