mail sending problem

i am facing problem in mail sending
mail is sending from one site but when i try with the same function mail is not sendin from other web,....using this fuction

        $headers = "MIME-Version: 1.0"."\r\n";
	$headers .= "Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-2"."\r\nContent-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit\r\nX-Priority: 1\r\nX-MSMail-Priority: High\r\n";
	$headers .= "From: $from\r\n" . "Reply-To: $from\r\n" . "X-Mailer: PHP/" . phpversion() . "\r\nX-originating-IP: " . getenv('REMOTE_ADDR') . "\r\n";								


			$vmail=mail($email,$subject,$txt,$headers);

did i required any extra thing for sending mail from different servers...
if yes please tell me in details

First, try to line up your code as it makes it easier for us to read and therefore help. Then see if simplifying it works. If it does, work backwards from there to try to isolate the problem. Try using [email]info@[domain.com[/email]] for your "From" header first. If that doesn't work try something else. In my experience, the "From" email address often is the source of the problem as some mail exchanges place restrictions on this value.

PHP expects sendmail(8) to be running on the local system. I'd ask the system administrator if it is, for starters. If this is a "web host" service, you can try reading their docs/help system for starters, or call them, or maybe they've got online chat.

Anakdote has a good idea as well. Forget about MIME and headers, try a basic mail call first. And I'd test the return value as well:

$success=mail($email, "Test Email", "Test", "From: $from"); 
(if !$success) {
   echo "Sending mail failed!";
}
