php mail() function

I am unable to receive mails from phpwhen i test in localhost. here is the code below

In 'myaddress' i wrote my email id.

when i click send. Iam not receiving mails but it is going in badmail directory

So you mean, the mail IS being sent, but marked as SPAM?

localhost - do you have a mail server installed locally (probably not) if not that's why

where i can get mail server, i am using "SMTP" is that the mail server.
my SMTP server is running but not receiving mails. when i click send button the mails are first going in to C:\Inetpub\mailroot\queue and then to C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Badmail. Actually i received mails but due to somes changes now i am not receiving mails.

In php.ini file there is

[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
; http://php.net/smtp
SMTP = localhost
; http://php.net/smtp-port
smtp_port = 25

; For Win32 only.
; http://php.net/sendmail-from
sendmail_from = your@yourdomain

is this correct or not.

please help me i am using PHP for the first time.

ya that's write my mails are going in to spam. when i press submit button mails are first going in to C:\Inetpub\mailroot\queue and then to C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Badmail
but not receiving to my email id. actually i received mails to my email id but due to some changes now i am not receiving please me iam using PHP for the first time.
