how to run radio

i want to run radio on my site for that i also purchase server but not idea about this which things i need to run that anybody help 😕

An audio streaming server ... shoutcast, icecast, perhaps? Or something from RealNetworks, like Helix?

There is a java solution called Red 5 which might be helpful for this. There's also a project called c-RTMPD which is a C implementation of Adobe's Real Time Messaging Protocol:
