[RESOLVED] Update to database

This is suppose to refill everyone's brave,will,and energy in 5 minutes but does not seem to work, any help here?

Can you please confirm what you mean by "does not work"? Are you getting any errors? Are only some the queries not working? Is nothing happening at all?

Nothing is happening at all. Sorry for not clarifying.

In scenarios like this I always do some debugging like so:

if($_GET['code'] != md5($path.$mykey))

echo 'Im at stage 3<br />';
$query2="UPDATE users SET energy=maxenergy WHERE energy>maxenergy";
echo 'Im at stage 4<br />';
$query3="UPDATE users SET will=will+10 WHERE will<maxwill";
echo 'Im at stage 5<br />';
$query4="UPDATE users SET will=maxwill WHERE will>maxwill"; 
echo 'Im at stage 6<br />';
...

Add a message after each line of code, then, based on the messages that you get output you know how far the code is executing before running into problems.

If still nothing happens after trying this and nothing is getting output it could be a parse error. Try turning error reporting to show all errors by using error_reporting(E_ALL) at the top of your code.

i did it and it said Stage one. That must be where it is wrong at?

Sounds like your if statement is returning false, ie. $_GET['code'] is not equal to md5($path.$mykey).

Why don't you try echoing them out and you'll see if they are the same or not:

echo 'Code: '.$_GET['code'].', MD5: '.md5($path.$mykey);
if($_GET['code'] != md5($path.$mykey))
{
    echo 'Incorrect code';
    exit;
}

You should be able to go from there.

I figured out what was wrong..I have to make cron jobs(something like that). Thanks for all your guys help 😃
