HI, I am looking to create a drop box that will open up fields according to the number you selected in the drop box
My table should look something like this
Drop Box (Options 1-5)
Open # of fields according to selection made in drop box
Main message body
and Submit button and will have all information forwarded to an email address.
If anybody can help me and direct me to a tuturial or post their custom code it would be greatly appreciated.
