can any body help to resolve the following error "GRUB loading, please wait...

I believe it's "Deleted Partition". Have you done any work with a partition tool recently?

Grub file contains the linux kernel information.
Have you changed kernal verison or parameter in grub.conf.

I believe, it shall have not found the files or partition or must be deleted. Do you have windows as well on your system? It is giving error 22 because the grub must be sill written in your MBR and could not find the partition as it must be got deleted. In order to fix it you need to write a new MBR that should fix it.
