Random Sentence

How would I incorporate a array with values randomly selected and those values have randomly selected variables.

I have 6 sentences with a random name, number, and variable. I want to be able to randomly select those 6 sentences from an array with their random variables.

I know to use array_rand on the array of names and variables bu how do I get random numbers for each of the six sentences?
And do I just list the variables in the sentences array?

There are 3 sentences with girls and 3 sentences with boys

I want to be able to randomly select the girl names and boy names with sentences that are randomly selected.

I want to be able to use the randomly selected names in sentences in the next array.

I want to be able to randomly select the sentences from this array using randomly selected names.

But I know how to generate random values from an array.

I want to know if it's possible to combine those random values from separate arrays into 1 array.
