As the error message states, $mode is undefined. Where do you ever define that variable?

i have defined variable mode like this

if(isset($_GET['mode'])){
	$mode=$_GET['mode'];
and rest of the code also
}
$val="";
if($mode=="add"){
	$val='ins';
} elseif ($mode=="edit"){
	$val = 'upd';
}

if($mode=="del"){
	if(isset($_GET['cmsid'])){
		$CmsId = $_GET['cmsid'];
		$Result = $CmsContents->DeleteCms($CmsId);
		if(mysql_affected_rows()>0){
			print "Deletion Successful";
		} else {
			print "Error in deleting the CMS";
		}
	}
}

and what if $_GET['mode'] is not set ?

In other words, you only define $mode if $_GET['mode'] is set, but then afterwards you simply use $mode as if it were always defined.

You should rework the logic of the script so that all of the logic dealing with the external data is only executed if that external data actually exists.
