Salary Negotiations

After a long time in "private practice" (and much time in prayer as well), I think I'm about to receive a job offer as a full-time Web developer (PHP as a major focus 🆒). I've been interviewed twice.

I'm sure salary will be negotiated. I've never done this before; any tips or words of warning?

Just the generic advice. Aim higher than you want and see if they give it to you, then work your way down if it's not working.
