how to save in .cache

i see a site where i found some link like with the extension .CACHE

& that is a complete page file names are like this 0c738f6ac15da0f4c558a151fdc4935a.cache

did they are saving in cache file instead of databse ?
if yes how is this possible ?

extensions are meaningless so are file names, they name be a cached copies of a page maybe not, what exactly is the question? the are plenty of resources on caching with php or generally available.

that's url which is contain on the code of their player area code.. what can be the benefit of this type of cache & how can we generate

Generate what? A cached page in general? Store output generated dynamically in a static file (giving it whatever suffix you want, since as dagon points out extensions/suffixes in URLs are quite meaningless). The page you linked to looks to be nothing more than an HTML document.
