1. you need to post your code indented and use the

    tags. If you indent 
       your code, you can find most of the errors yourself.
   2. You cannot have functions within the if block, move them outside it.
   3. you mispelled subject as subjest in your big if "!isset($_POST['subjest']) ||"
   4. Give this a shot it now works.

Out of interest, which piece of code are you referring to here please?

The functions died and clean_string were inside the first if block:

if(isset($_POST['email'])) {

They needed to be outside of it.

Right! I understand you now, was under the impression you were saying you couldn't call a function inside an IF block :p silly me.
