PHP Frameset

I need to have a completely PHP Framset. It needs to have a Fixed top, Nested Left.
I dont know how to this at all.

no such thing as a php frameset, this is a html question and frames are not recommended (deprecated), looks like dreamweacer is building it for you so what's the question?

Well, Im trying to create a members center on my site and the login/register script uses PHP. The members center file has to be php file. Because I have to put (php include " ") in it. But it wont work in html.

I need to have links in the members center so that users can click on and be displayed in the same page, so thats why i need a frameset.

You don't need a frameset. You can include php in a *.html file, or any other you just have to tell the server to parse it through the php engine. php can output any html, or anything else, there is nothing special about frames. The issues in the posted article could be solved far more easily - by not useing frames
