If you have HTML codes in the mydata field, the codes will be displayed and not embedded/processed in the HTML file.

Thanks, but the data have been print on my php page which I want to set them to be visible so no one would be able to see it. I want to extract the data from mysql database and input them in the page source only, not print on php page.

Any idea in what situation that I should use?

It is using an URL? Then you should make an URL...
Why is good for you to display data on a page and redirect to google?

try to add a value into the $URL variable before the meta refresh line.

You have an echo inside the while cycle, this can ember the content from the sql field into your page. Just show the source code, you should see the contents.

If its not a secret, you can post a link where we can see the results.

If you explain your aim i might suggest you a more efficient way to do it.

That doesn't make any sense. All the PHP code does is output data that is sent to the client's browser.

If you want to output data to the client's browser, then do so. If you don't want it to be rendered on the screen, then hide the content somehow.... CSS, HTML comments, etc.
