Help with a join query

Hi Guys

I need some help with a join function

what I need to do is display data from two different tables that equal the same value in a specific field

Table one has

ID Title Course content

table two has

ID Title Start date End date

I need a query that says if title from table one matches title from table 2 then will display the start and end date from table two

sorry guys I have tried but i am having no luck

If you have the same field identifiers in both table, you need to qualify the field names with table names. If not, you can just use the field names directly

SELECT start_date, end_date
FROM table1 AS t1
INNER JOIN table2 AS t2 ON t1.title = t2.title

-- or, if start_date and end_date are present in both
SELECT t2.start_date, t2.end_date
FROM table1 AS t1
INNER JOIN table2 AS t2 ON t1.title = t2.title
