Finding PHP programming Help on live project

Good Morning,

I was curious if someone could give me some ideas for finding 1 very good PHP / MySql programmer to work with me to accelerate the development of the live membership site that I have been working on for about 3 months now.

The implementation time-line is moving faster than I am able to keep up with on my own, so think bringing in another experienced PHP person would be to everyone's advantage.

Any suggestions or connections you could share with me?

LOL... it would be wonderful to find volunteers, but not too many people out there willing to put forth their best effort without some sort of compensation...
