[RESOLVED] css show confused when including file

I don't know if this relevant to php or css

in my template folder I have file named (index.template.php). It contains this code

It works fine( I made the top-margin to be 0px). But when I include index.template.php in my main (index.php) the top margin show a big margin from the top

Note: I included (index.template.php) in my main (index.php) like this:

There's only one way to find out, and that is by tracking down the problem. First thing I'd do is check the HTML output, i.e. what your browser gets, not html code echoed by your php script. So open in browser, rclick, view source. Does it show what you expected?

Next up, I'd make certain my browser is Firefox and that Firebug is installed. Rclick near top of page, inspect element, and in the new window (or pane), scroll as needed to locate the body element. Check if it has any values for margin/padding. If it doesn't, what does it say for the next element?

You are right. In page source I found strange characters everywhere. I am using notepad++. I made (utf-8) as the default encoding for new docs. So all my files encoded as (utf-8). I changed all my file to (ANSI). No all margins and padding works fine.
