MOD EDIT: Posts split from original thread (PHP Email / Form Linking).

Can someone please remove this post? It has my/client contact information by mistake.

It is also being indexed by Google now, which is unacceptable. I understand this was my mistake, however, there is not a way for me to edit or remove the post myself.
