What I am trying to do is make the form go to a file on my computer when I hit submit. Im make a tracking system.

As for your problem.. can you elaborate on exactly what you're trying to do?
file_put_contents() is the best suggestion i have with so little information of your part.
What I am looking to do is when make a personal tracker and I have created the form now the last thing is I want to hit the submit button and have the for go to for example c:\document and setting\forms.
don't know what a "personal tracker" is. the form can be saved to a file but only on the same machine running php. file_put_contents is a good start, what php have you got so far?
