when i want to read non-English content character doesn't display true like : ̀̀ﰀ̀대 ̀㘀̀鄀̀̀꜀ ̀销̀대̀需 ̀�̀踀̀대̀관̀贀 it should be : سلام خوبی تست ارسال
You have to figure out what the character encoding is for the read strings, and then either use that encoding on your page, or [man]iconv[/man] the strings to whatever encoding you are using.
