generate a feed in php with item image?

I want to create a feed like:

http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/topstories

with item images
I searched in internet some ready php class to generate feed like:

http://www.ajaxray.com/blog/2008/03/08/php-universal-feed-generator-supports-rss-10-rss-20-and-atom/

but it don't have function to insert image in item
can you help me?
