How do I take input and put it into a HTML table?

Hello people.

I am very new to PHP and have a website for microlight pilots where you can add an airfield.

It is a Joomla based site and the input form can be seen here.

I am quite prepared to re-write the whole input form again if I have to.

Now here's my question. I would like the output of the form to be in an HTML table like it is on this page

This is because at the moment people fill out the form, I get an e-mail with the info, and then have to put it into the airfield card manually myself.

Sorry, If my explanation isn't very clear. But basically want users input into a table.

This is not a simple project. It's a GREAT project to learn from but don't expect this to be five minutes work. If you just want to get the damn thing done and don't really care to learn programming, you will save yourself a ton of time by hiring someone to write this for you. It's worth about $20-100 to do the work. Here's an overview of the skills you're going to pick up if you really want to learn to program this yourself:

Create a database using command line or PHPMyAdmin.
(This entails finding the command line, finding PHPMyAdmin, or installing PHPMyAdmin).
Designing and organizing the database including a unique ID field
Writing PHP to validate the data to prevent hackers from vandalizing your database with a SQL injection attack.
Writing the PHP to store the data in the database
Write PHP to extract the data from the database and re-display it on screen.

Each of these skills have been discussed on the Internet and here at PHPBuilder.com a Zillion times so a little Googling should help you work your way through the list of 6 steps above. Also, there are a zillion books on the subject.
