problem with % symbol in search

Hello,

I am using datalife cms. I am trying to add recent searches to my cms. And i got almost success with it. But in the title it appears like

datalife%engine

instead of

datalife engine

. Can you please help me with this. Here is my url if you want to check it

got it ..

changed
$story = preg_replace( "#(\s+|OR)#i", '%', $story );
to
$story = preg_replace( "#(\s+|OR)#i", ' ', $story );
