Imput info help

okay so I have a register form but I also want to imput the users ip, date, and the number 0 for active. So how would i go about doing this?

the tables and everything are already set up. I just need a code that will get the users ip and input it in "ip", a code that upon signup will automatically put the number 0 is "status" and a code that will input date. (the column is already set to date but just shows this:0000-00-00)

For the IP, check out the $_SERVER array (manual page: [man]reserved.variables.server[/man]). For the date, use something like MySQL's CURDATE() function.
