CMS with FreeCSSTemplates

Hi,
I have to code a website builder that puts only 4 pages: Home, History, Contact and Map.
I´d like to create a named Templates file and put some templates from Free CMS Templates website there.
How to write an interface that uses one of these templates for building the customized website ?

kind of hard to answer, but CMS in your title would suggest you install a CMS and use it. Could be a little overkill for 4 pages, but would still be easier than starting from scratch

currently i like drupal, next week i may like another :-) depending on your time frame it may be worth having a 'play' with a couple to see what matches your needs.
