plez help in Log in & Register in php

I'm strugling with doing log in and registration on my pages it took me more than 4 days i looked in many websites in many different instructions and i end up with nothing

i think my problem is with linking the page with the Database

im usuing Xampp

please help me if you could help me i'll include a link so you can download my work,,,
