Can't View or Delete My Own Post

So I posted something important at my message board and figured I'd make it "global" thinking it would appear in several different forums. But now when I click on the post it says "You are not authorised to read this forum." And I'm signed in as the admin.

I'm assuming I've got some permission screwed up since I can't even view my own post.

Any help would be appreciated!

And while I'm at it, how do I activate the whole "Junior Member" type of ranking system at my own PHP. Does it automatically change if a person does a lot of posting? And can I change the wording?

You'd probably be a lot better off asking these types of questions in the support community dedicated to the forum package you're using (whichever one that may be).
